My Story

I'm Sally, founder of REMEMBER WHEN.

This brand was born from deep love and loss. Within a short time, I said goodbye to my dog Alfie, my pony Ty, and my cat Harriet. Searching for something meaningful to hold their memory close, I began crafting pieces myself.

Those first creations brought unexpected comfort. As I made gifts for others navigating their own losses, each story shared with me helped me heal. What started as a personal act of remembrance has grown into a craft shaped by love and connection.

Every inclusion I receive is treated with the utmost respect and dignity, as if it belonged to my own beloved companions. I'm truly honoured to be trusted with such meaningful work.

My miniature horses, Inky and Destiny (lovingly called "The Fluffies"), and my family are my support system.

REMEMBER WHEN exists in memory of Alfie, Minnie, Simon, Ty, Harriet, Malic, and Mickey—and in honour of every life that has touched a heart.
