Engraving Service – Terms & Conditions

By requesting our engraving service, you agree to the following:

1. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring all engraving details (spelling, dates, symbols, placement) are correct at the time of order. We engrave exactly as provided.

2. Suitability & Results
Results may vary depending on the metal, finish, or hardness of the item. We cannot guarantee a specific depth, clarity, or finish on all pieces.

3. Damage Disclaimer
Engraving carries inherent risk. We are not liable for surface marks, scratches, structural damage, stone loosening or loss, or breakage. Items sent for engraving are accepted entirely at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for repair, replacement, or compensation in the event of damage or unsatisfactory results.

4. Postage
You are responsible for all postage costs to and from us. We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, including by Royal Mail.

5. Acceptance
By placing an order or submitting an item, you confirm you have read and understood these terms.
