Shipping Costs All orders will be sent via 24hr tracked delivery. Free collection kits are sent via 48hr tracked postage.

Shipping Methods All orders are posted via Royal Mail.

Processing & Lead Times As all of our Jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed for your item to be completed and dispatched. Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks. 

Delivery Estimates All completed orders are sent 24hr tracked delivery . You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by Royal mail.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Please allow up to 30 days from your dispatch notification before reporting a non-delivery, as Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays. If your parcel is confirmed lost, please contact us and we will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering.

International Shipping We currently ship to UK addresses only - EXCLUDING IRELAND.
