Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is free on all orders. Postage back to you is included in the price of every item. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at an additional cost if you wish to upgrade. All orders over £200 qualify for free Special Delivery.

Shipping Methods Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked service as standard. All ashes and hair jewellery is always dispatched via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked delivery. Some non-personalised items may be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery (next-day delivery by 1pm on working days), this is available at an additional cost for eligible items. Please select this option at checkout.

Processing & Lead Times As all of our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed for your item to be completed and dispatched. Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks. Current lead times are always displayed on our homepage.

Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, standard delivery is typically within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Please allow up to 30 days from your dispatch notification before reporting a non-delivery, as Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays. If your parcel is confirmed lost, please contact us and we will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We are unable to accept responsibility for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order.

International Shipping We currently ship to UK addresses only - EXCLUDING IRELAND.
