We know that choosing a memorial piece can feel overwhelming — especially when you're grieving. The thought of sending something so precious, or not knowing where to begin, can make the whole process feel daunting.

That's why we've made ordering as gentle and straightforward as possible. From the moment you reach out to the day your piece arrives, we guide you every step of the way — with care, patience, and no rush. You don't need to have all the answers right away. We're here to help you find them.

Step 1 — Choose Your Setting or Gift

Browse our collections and let yourself be drawn to whatever feels right — a ring, pendant, bracelet, or keepsake. Each piece can be personalised with ashes, hair, fur, or a treasured memento, so simply think about what would feel most meaningful. Take your time, and if you need guidance, we're just a message away.

Step 2 — Tell Us Your Requirements

Once you've found your piece, each product page has a short set of questions and dropdown options to complete — these capture everything we need to make your piece uniquely yours. From size and colour to the type of inclusion, every detail is tailored to you.

Simply work through the options at your own pace. Each question is there to ensure your piece is made exactly as you envision it — no guesswork, no back-and-forth. If you're ever unsure how to answer something, there's no need to worry; just get in touch and we'll talk you through it.

Step 3 — Not Sure of Your Ring Size?

If you're ordering a ring and don't yet know your size, simply select the option "to be provided" and you can provide us with a size once you know.

We also offer the option to purchase an ashes collection kit to make sending your materials to us as safe and simple as possible. A ring sizer can be added to your kit for a small additional cost — a handy option if you'd like everything provided to send your inclusions to us.

Step 4 — Make It Truly Yours

On many of our settings, you'll find optional extras to make your piece even more personal. These include:

• Engraving — add a name, date, or short message to the inside or outside of your piece, a beautiful way to carry words close to you always.
• Personalised packaging — upgrade from our standard gift box to a fully personalised presentation package, perfect for gifting or treasuring as part of the memorial itself.

These options are available to select directly on the product page, so you can see exactly what's included before you add to your order. If you'd like something a little different, just ask — we're always happy to help.

Step 5 — Tell Us About Your Loved One

As part of your order, you'll have the opportunity to share a few words about the person — or pet — your piece is being made for. This is entirely optional, but many of our customers find it a meaningful part of the process.

It might be a little about who they were, or simply what they meant to you. We read every word with care, and it helps us to feel connected to the person behind the piece we're creating — ensuring it's made with the love and intention it deserves.

Step 6 — Complete Your Order

Once you're happy with everything, simply add your piece to your basket and proceed to checkout. Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details shortly after.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as a range of flexible payment options at checkout — so you can choose whatever works best for you. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch via email with the next steps, including how to send your materials to us safely. If you have purchased the ashes collection kit, this will now be sent to you.

Step 7 — Bespoke Orders: We'll Be in Touch

If you've placed a bespoke order, don't worry — you don't need to have every detail figured out straight away. Once your order is confirmed, a member of our team will reach out personally to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and finalise all the details together.

We'll guide you through the process at a pace that feels comfortable, ensuring you feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Nothing will be made until you're completely happy with the plan.

Step 8 — After Confirmation of Your Order

Once we receive your inclusions, we'll send you an email to confirm they've arrived safely. We'll then begin crafting your piece with love and care. When it's complete, we'll share a photo of your finished jewellery for your approval. Once you're happy, we'll send it to you along with any unused inclusions. You'll receive full tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

Step 9 — Enjoy Your Gift
