Step 01

Choose the piece that feels right.

Explore our collections of rings, pendants, bracelets, keepsakes and gifts and let yourself be drawn to the piece that feels most meaningful.

Each piece can be personalised using ashes, hair, fur or another treasured memento , creating something completely personal to you.

Step 02

Tell us exactly how you’d like it.

Once you’ve chosen your piece, the product page will guide you through a short series of options so we have everything needed to make it uniquely yours.

Depending on the design, you’ll choose details such as size, colour, inclusion type and any available personalisation.

Simply work through each option at your own pace. If anything is unclear, just get in touch and we’ll happily talk you through it.

Step 03

Sending your inclusions is simple.

If you don’t yet know your ring size, simply select “To be confirmed” when ordering and let us know once you have it.

You can also select one of our collection kits , designed to make sending your precious inclusions to us as safe and straightforward as possible.

If you’re ordering a ring, a ring sizer can also be added to your kit.

A simple option if you’d prefer us to provide everything needed to package and return your inclusions safely.

Step 04

Complete your order securely.

Once you’re happy with everything, add your piece to your basket and proceed through our secure checkout.

Payment is taken securely when your order is placed, and you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you with the next steps, including how to send your inclusions to us safely.

If you selected a collection kit, this will then be prepared and sent to you.

Step 05

Then we begin creating your piece.

As soon as your inclusions arrive with us, we’ll let you know they have been received safely and your jewellery can begin its journey through production.

Our usual production time is approximately 2-3 weeks from receiving your inclusions , depending on the piece you have chosen.

Some gold and made-to-order settings may take a little longer.

Very occasionally, supplier or courier delays can affect the estimated timescale. If anything unexpected occurs, we’ll keep you updated.

Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive a dispatch email along with your tracking information.
