Sterling Silver CZ Heart Bangle

I already had a necklace that I had made by someone in my area a couple of years ago with my Dad’s ashes, I wanted a matching bangel with my Ma’s ashes for my wedding jewellery, the lady who made my other one had since stopped making memorial jewellery, so I messaged remember when, as my sister had used them previously. I was very specific I wanted the colour from the necklace to match with the bangle, at first I’ll be honest when the completed product picture was sent I wasn’t happy with the colour it seemed too different to me in terms of the bangle was a lot whiter than the necklace, so I had to say something as it’s not what I had hoped for; I hate complaining, and I was a bit embarrassed, but this was not only something close to me to have of my Mam, this was going to be my wedding day jewellery, anyways I said my concerns, and they was nothing but understanding and helpful and wasn’t offended at all, but they wanted to get it perfect for me, and put me at ease, anyway after trial and error, we finally got the colour match I was hoping for, and they even polished my necklace for me which they didn’t have to do as that wasn’t their product. But I am so happy with the end result and I would 100% recommend.
