The service by Sally is wonderful. I can't praise her enough. I have had the misfortune to use the service twice in 6 months to capture lasting memories of my beloved dogs, but the jewelry and keepsakes are really special and help enormously.

The whole process from start to finish was made so easy by Sally. I contacted her to discuss some jewellery for myself and my son to incorporate mixed ashes of my dad and stepmum. Sally invited us to her house (only 40 mins away for us) to try on sevearal different pieces to get the right size and to decide on colours etc. She spent a lot of time with us both patiently talking us through the whole process. Once we had both chosen our pieces, she kept in touch with us throughout. We picked our jewellery up today, choosing to drive down to collect it and again Sally invited us in and talked us through the aftercare after handing us our jewellery in beautiful packaging. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for this lady and we are both absolutely made up with the jewellery we chose. Very reasonably priced. Sally is obviously very passionate about her business and it shows just how much she loves doing this.
