Great service, Sally helped get the colour right for my ring and the quality of the ring and the packaging was really lovely. she was very quick to respond to any messages and kept me up to date with the process even sending a video showing the ring being made with the ashes. Sally created the most beautiful ring and pocket hearts with the ashes and fur from our darling Labrador Peppa. Peppa was with us for 14 years and is so missed. The whole process from start to finish was made so easy by Sally. I contacted her to discuss some jewellery for myself and my son to incorporate mixed ashes of my dad and stepmum. Sally invited us to her house (only 40 mins away for us) to try on sevearal different pieces to get the right size and to decide on colours etc. She spent a lot of time with us both patiently talking us through the whole process. Once we had both chosen our pieces, she kept in touch with us throughout. We picked our jewellery up today, choosing to drive down to collect it and again Sally invited us in and talked us through the aftercare after handing us our jewellery in beautiful packaging. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for this lady and we are both absolutely made up with the jewellery we chose. Very reasonably priced. Sally is obviously very passionate about her business and it shows just how much she loves doing this.

After loosing my mare, I wanted a keepsake where I could keep her close. I saw Sally's rainbow Resins on Facebook and loved the items shown.
I contacted Sally who let me know what I needed to do and where to send the hair and name sure we had the correct measurement for my ring.
Sally kept me updated at every step of the process and even tried to source a colour which was closer to my request. Nothing was too much trouble. I also ordered a keepsake heart that had butterflies in. I asked if they could be changed for a Robin which she managed to do. Both these item are extremely well made and mean the world to me. I definitely would recommend xxx
